Team Leader Telephone Customer Service (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the target and result-oriented leadership and management of the team in professional, human and organizational terms. You are responsible for the processing of basic questions and the provision of technical specifications. You work with the development of work aids and carry out training and team meetings. You are responsible for controlling measurement variables for the quality and quantity of work. The participation in the optimization of business processes and workflows also falls within your area of responsibility. In addition, you take on operational tasks such as the processing of specialist processes in the area of telephone customer advice.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have sound expertise in aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You have very good PC skills.
