Cleaning Clerk

The University of Hamburg currently uses approximately 650,000 m2 of gross floor area (BGF), which is distributed over 226 buildings. In building management, property management is responsible for the smooth operation of the university buildings and takes care of all the concerns of commercial, infrastructure and technical building management.

Tasks

• Preparing tendering and pre-calculation, also for new and new buildings
• Objects with potential bidders: enter
• show a lack of cleaning services or if necessary sanction

• equivalent skills, experiences and qualifications

Required expertise and personal skills

• sound knowledge of procurement law (VOL/A, VOB) and the subject-specific contractual conditions for cleaning services (BO, VB, BVB); a secure handling of Hamburg's procurement law is assumed
• relevant practical experience and well-founded expertise on
• Cleaning techniques and their fields of application
• the detection and evaluation of cleaning defects
• Flooring, glass, windows
• safe handling of MS Office applications, especially advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• German language skills (C1 level) in word and writing
• independent, structured and conscientious working methods as well as distinct logical and planar thinking
• high level of sense of responsibility, resilience and enforcement
• Team and cooperation capability as well as a strong communication strength in dealing with various contact persons
