Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

For KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for a senior specialist:in payroll accounting (m/w/d) for our location Berlin to support our business areas in Germany. This body shall be permanent and full-time.

Your tasks: Responsibility for the preparation and execution of on-cycle and off-cycle content accounting including data management in SAP HCM Preparation and control of key figures on mass and individual salary increases, changes of benefits, absences, holidays and other relevant data Handling confidential information and providing tax and social security data to authorities Creation, generation and distribution of reports and dashboards (regular and ad hoc) Close cooperation with Finance and Controlling (e.g. on the coordination of payroll data) Support of employees in time data collection, maintenance and monitoring Implementation of all pension schemes and other benefits in the payroll process Daily cooperation with various external service providers to ensure close cooperation and high service quality Implementation of processes according to local legislation and internal corporate policies Cooperation with business partners, in particular on matters relating to works council, trade unions and official documentation Ensuring the privacy of employees, in particular confidentiality and protection of sensitive information

Your profile: You already have experience in payroll accounting and in SAP HCM; Experience in a shared service environment is beneficial Teamwork means for you to support each other, solve problems together and learn from each other You are not satisfied with the status quo and are constantly looking for ways to do tasks more efficiently and better Your “customers” are your colleagues at KWS – therefore it is important for you to process inquiries promptly, to solve problems quickly and to answer questions promptly You speak fluently German and English; further language skills are advantageous
