At the next time, a specialist in risk management & supply chain (procurement): As a specialist in risk management & supply chain, you always keep a close eye on risks along the entire supply chain and product life cycle. You recognize potential challenges at an early stage, evaluate their impact and develop targeted measures to effectively minimize them. With your proactive approach, in particular in the end-of-life planning, you are instrumental in ensuring business continuity, complying with regulatory requirements and avoiding impairments to production, customers and sales.

EOL Strategy: Responsibility for the development and control of the end-of-life strategy as well as the lifecycle planning for components, assemblies and end products to ensure delivery and supply continuity. Risk assessment: identification, analysis and evaluation of operational, supplier-related, regulatory and product-relevant risks along the entire supply chain and within quality and production processes. Measures management: planning, coordination and implementation of appropriate countermeasures, including load-time-buys, spare part strategies, qualification of alternative components and development of mitigation and emergency plans for risk mitigation. Documentation & Reporting: Care and development of risk and EOL documentation, dashboards and risk registers including prioritization, ownership, key risk indicators (KRIs), transparent reporting, and audit and compliance support. Interface Management: Close cooperation with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Compliance and Manufacturing to carry out impact assessments, assessment of design impacts, ensuring regulatory requirements, and coordination of risk and EOL strategies with corporate objectives for business continuity.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, supply chain management or risk management, business management or a comparable discipline. Personality: Embossed analytical and solution-oriented thinking, strong communication skills and sovereign stakeholder management in a dynamic, international and cross-functional work environment. Experiences: Multiannual professional experience in risk, supply chain or product lifecycle management and ideally practical experience in end-of-life management, obsolescence planning or lifecycle strategy development. Expertise: Knowledge of risk management and quality standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 9001 and safe handling of risk analysis methods and tools, such as FMEA. Embossed project management and documentation capabilities. IT and language skills: experience in handling PLM, ERP and EOL monitoring systems (e.g. SiliconExpert, IHS Markit or comparable tools). Very good knowledge of German and English.
