Your tasks:

• Coordination, planning and implementation of projects and subprojects
• PMO activities in various projects (including risk management, planning and moderation of JF or workshops, maintenance of databases), mapping and care in MS-Project, MS SharePoint and Atlassian Jira
• Controlling in terms of dates, milestones requirements, delivery units, participation and budget
• Management of dependencies, changes, configurations and risks
• Stakeholder management as well as management of conflicts of interest, bodywork, communication and reporting
• Administrative activities (including appointment coordination and implementation, quality assurance, employees on and offboarding, list care and balance)
• Preparing documents, support for special topics

Your profile:

• Complete study of (economic) computer science or Bachelor in an IT course or a recognized vocational training in an IT training profession, alternatively 6 years of professional experience in the IT field
• Knowledge and experience in classic and agile project management with certification in IPMA Level C or PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum PSM/PSPO or PMI CAPM
• Tool knowledge: Project, Outlook, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA
• Insufficient professional experience in the organization or management of projects of medium to large complexity as well as in the PMO environment in the IT industry
• Language skills at least. C1 English
