Design the future with us: As a ''shift leader (gn)' in production (limited to 2 years) at Oerlikon in Bielefeld, you take a key role in an innovative and dynamic working environment where quality, team spirit and progress are at first place.

Your role in our team Ensuring the timely and professional tool flow as well as a smooth production and service flow. Leadership, organisation and motivation of shift workers to achieve optimal results. Responsibility for a clean and organised work area and efficient production planning. Timely coating of tools, testing and setting of the systems according to existing product data. Monitoring of machines during production, testing of product quality and adjustment of settings as required. Documentation of processes and preparation and testing of machines before commissioning. Participation and organization within the layer to ensure efficiency and quality.

Your profile Successfully completed training as a machine or plant leader or at least two years of practical experience in a relevant professional field. Permission for driving industrial trucks, reading and evaluation of technical drawings. Ready for shiftwork. Very good technical understanding and experience in handling technical data. Teamability and high level of responsibility. Extensive knowledge of the materials to be processed.
