Damages in transport, storage, vehicle damage and liability are processed on the basis of contract agreements, internal requirements and statutory provisions. In the event of damage, our customers are professionally supported - always with competent advice and support. Communication with insurance companies, reviewers and transport companies is carried out independently. The implementation of analyses and the provision of relevant information actively contributes to the prevention of damage. The responsibility for the video rights for the testing of damages and for the customer service in case of deviations in the transport chain lies in your area of responsibility. The maintenance of customer statistics and selected KPIs for customer service and insurance is also part of the field of activity.

You have a completed commercial vocational training or ideally forward experience. A high level of customer and service orientation as well as a pronounced understanding of quality are yours. Care, problem-solving competence and communication skills are your strengths. You bring motivation, flexibility and team skills. You can use modern IT workstation equipment with routined and safe.
