As a general manager of the technical order processing (m/w/d), you combine technical competence, customer proximity and entrepreneurial thinking. Total responsibility for the planning and control of the timely technical order processing – from the customer signature to the handover of the precise work plans to the production Leadership and targeted development of a growing team of over 50 employees and three team leaders Ensuring efficient processes and high quality standards through modern processes and the targeted optimization of relevant interfaces, in particular in the direction of production and sales Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders such as management, production and sales to help shape strategic issues Situational exchange with customers for clarification of technical questions and for the sovereign treatment of possible escalations to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

Complete technical training or completed studies (wood technology, civil engineering, architecture, technical building management etc.) Experience gained in controlling construction processes, planning processes and prioritization and handling of parallel projects Charismatic management personality with design will and relevant leadership experience, ideally in the construction industry (fertighausbau, Holzbau, Modulbau, Leichtbau, Hochbau etc.) Joy in shaping processes, taking responsibility and actively promoting a modern group of companies Embossed understanding of customer needs, coupled with a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach Enthusiasm for innovation and a look for future-oriented technical solutions
