Machine operator automatic turning shop – Radevormwald (m/f/d)

For an innovative and internationally active industrial company in Radevormwald, we are looking for several machine operators (m/w/d) for the automatic lathe. Our customer specializes in the development and production of high-performance and fluorinated plastic solutions for industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, hydraulics and electrical engineering. Your tasks

• Sights and filling of production-accompanying documents
• equipping already installed production machines
• Monitoring the ongoing manufacturing process
• removal, measurement and testing of the manufactured components according to test plan
• Work with predetermined measuring means and measuring machines
• Execution of visual inspections using error catalogues
• Packing, stacking and providing the manufactured parts according to the instructions
• Transfer of the components to the following production areas
• Operation of up to three machines simultaneously (multi-machine operation)

Your profile

• First experience in production or machine operation of advantage
• Technical understanding and careful working
• readiness to work in the early, late and night shift system
• Quality awareness and reliability
• German knowledge of working and testing instructions
• Team skills and motivation
