Number: MER0003JZG Our team “Energy efficiency Fullsize Cars” (RC/VFP) is responsible for the overall vehicle consumption and the range. For this purpose, our team simulates, measures, analyzes, evaluates and coordinates the decision preparation for the use of consumer-optimizing technologies of the Mercedes-Benz E- and GLC class in all types of drive. We support the series in the creation and achievement of consumable targets both in the individual vehicle in the competitive environment and in the vehicle fleet. We thus contribute significantly to the energy efficiency and reach of our vehicles and underline the 2039 Ambition from Mercedes-Benz Cars. We want to achieve these high goals as part of our team. As part of the forecast and project coordination, you will get deep insights into consumer-reducing measures and their simulation, the cooperation of various specialist areas and the process of development. Through the varied activities you come into contact with many areas of the automotive project - from development to certification to distribution. Our team at the Sindelfingen site is actively involved in the development as a technology leader in the premium segment of the automotive industry. These challenges come to you: Developing competitive investigations on efficiency, range and use of technology Support the team using various tools (based on GenAI, Matlab and VBA) Developing the core E & GLC series of tomorrow in terms of energy efficiency, project work and drive the integration process for new technologies and innovations Support for the simulative forecast of consumption and range Participation in preparing decision-making templates for top management Participation in special tasks as part of the project execution

Degree Programme Economic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technology or a comparable degree course German knowledge of C1 level desirable English knowledge of B2 level desirable Safe handling of MS-Office incl.
