NPI Process Engineer Electronics Manufacturing (m/f/d)

As a technical expert (m/w/d), you analyze and evaluate prototypes in electronics production and act as an interface between development, industrial engineering and production. You ensure the productionability, processability and quality of components and assemblies by detecting technical risks at an early stage and deriving targeted optimization measures. Through your structured approach and close coordination with the departments, you contribute significantly to an efficient and process-proof transfer to series production. Technical assessment, analysis and evaluation of samples and prototypes in electronics production Assessment of the production capability, processability and quality of components and assemblies Identification of technical risks and derivation of improvement measures in early stages of production Close cooperation with development, production and industrial engineering for technical clarification of vulnerabilities Support in optimizing manufacturing processes based on pattern analyses Documentation and transparent presentation of evaluation results for internal interfaces

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in electronics production, prototype construction or industrial engineering Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and their assessment Embossed technical understanding and analytical skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation with the focus on quality, feasibility and sustainable process solutions Communication strength in exchange with technical interfaces
