Responsibility: You are responsible for the organisation and execution of the entire day business Contact person: Together with the market management, you are responsible for our employees and support in personnel deployment planning Customer advice: For our customers, you are the motivator in the topics market presence, market processes and customer loyalty Creativity and knowledge: Taking into account our sales, you will develop our current range and have a look for the optimal design of our sales area Management: You ensure that everything is running in our market by ensuring operational processes

Education: You have a training as a trader in retail/commercial (m/w/d) or have completed a further training on leadership in LEH Professional experience: We presuppose found professional experience in food retailing and knowledge of full range Communicative: A high level of social competence is required in handling your employees Engaged: You are motivated and bring an open and friendly personality as well as joy in handling food with Organized: Flexibility, motivation and organizational skills Reliability: commitment and responsibility are your strengths
