Internship in Governance, Compliance & Sustainability

• Participation in internal audit: You support our audit team in the planning and execution of audits, analyzes business processes, identify risks and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems. • Compliance support: You actively participate in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements. This includes the co-design of compliance measures and monitoring processes. • Analysis and documentation of business processes: You capture, analyze, and optimize internal processes with regard to efficiency, transparency and compliance with rules. • Working with ESG and sustainability projects: You support us in the integration of environmental, social and governance criteria into our corporate processes – especially in the context of regulatory requirements. • Accompanying change processes (Change management): You participate in the implementation of internal changes, e.g. in the introduction of new compliance tools or the optimization of testing processes.

• Study of Business Administration combined with sustainability, sustainability management or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on accounting, audit, finance, risk or compliance • Knowledge of sustainability, as well as interest in auditing, risk management and corporate ethics • Analytical thinking and structured working • Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel) • High self-initiative, team spirit and sense of responsibility • flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing
