Technical Buyer Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic and operational purchasing of raw materials, extensions and TGA structures as well as the procurement of building materials. You continue to expand our efficient subcontractor and supplier network and maintain it. You carry out tenders and award procedures on their own, evaluate in-depth tenders in technical and commercial terms and undertake price and contract negotiations. You examine and negotiate contracts in accordance with VOB/B and VOB/C. You take over the follow-up management as well as the subsequent examination and clarification of requirements. You continuously develop our purchasing processes and standards and introduce their own optimisation ideas.

You have completed their studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or civil engineering and comparable vocational training. You are safe and routined with services, offers and supplements. You are safe to negotiate, strong and have a well-founded experience in terms of price negotiations. You bring technological understanding as well as a pronounced commercial approach. You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner.
