The focus of your task as Head of Personnel / Head of HR (m/w/d) is the technical and disciplinary overall management of the Human Resources Division. In this function, you are responsible for the development of all personnel topics as well as the perception of the company inside and outside.

You have completed your studies, e.g. business / economy with a focus on personnel, economic psychology or comparable qualifications
