Own-sponsored management and management of your branch with comprehensive responsibility for economic, human and operational development Professional and disciplinary leadership of 5 internal employees and overall responsibility for around 100 external employees Independent organization, control and further development of the internal team, including task distribution, responsibilities and efficient workflows Active promotion and qualification of your internal employees through individual development measures, regular feedback talks and targeted further training Design room and decision-making authority for personnel and organisational measures, in particular with regard to team structure, assignment, personnel development and internal processes Participation in the selection, recruitment and further development of internal employees and responsibility for a powerful and motivated team structure Responsibility for achieving sales, earnings and growth goals and the sustainable economic development of your branch Strategic expansion of the customer portfolio through targeted new customer acquisitions, development of existing business relationships and development of new market potentials Management and monitoring of the operating divisions Sales, Recruiting, Personnel Disposition and Employee Care Ensuring high service quality and long-term satisfaction of our customers and external employees Continuous analysis and optimization of relevant key figures, in particular turnover, gross profit, productivity, employee development and customer structure Ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and internal requirements in employee registration Close cooperation with the management in strategic decisions and the long-term development of the branch

You have a completed professional training, e.g. as a staff service businessman/wife or as an industrial businessman/wife? You already have first experience as a leader? You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field described above? You can set priorities and have good MS Office skills? You love communicating and you like the harmony between independent work and teamwork? You are an organizational institution and can set priorities?
