As Facility Manager (w/m/d), you are part of our team Maintenance and responsible for the following tasks. You carry out visits at our site to identify general repair and renovation needs and partly take the appropriate work into account. You will also support your team in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. For larger projects, you instruct external service providers whose services you coordinate and monitor. You keep maintenance intervals in view and carefully document all the work done – both internal and external personnel. For bottlenecks at other locations, you can also help out there.

A technical training, e.g. to the plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering or electronics for building technology (w/m/d), or a craft qualification such as carpenters (w/m/d), preferably with further training for the specialist in building technology / building technology Ideally professional experience in building management or Facility Management – with reference to maintenance Craft skills, technical understanding and physical resilience Basic knowledge of Office applications for technical documentation An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach Class B leadership and the willingness to occasionally support our other German locations
