Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wernau (Neckar) You evaluate existing system landscapes for planning and reporting in controlling worldwide, in particular in newly acquired companies in the USA, Asia or Europe. Design and implement creative as well as sustainable intermediate solutions for the integration of different data sources into our Bosch and Home-Comfort logic, as ERP systems are often changed over time. You analyze local pre-systems, connect these structurally closer together to minimize information losses and align them with the requirements of the higher-level Bosch standard systems. Own responsibility drive your tasks forward, identify proactive action needs in the systems and initiate the necessary steps independently. Whether independently or together with specialists in the team – you control projects consistently up to the successful go-live. As a link, you act between local controllers and controllers, the PMI IT management, System administrators or -Administrators and Central IT, convincing international teams of new ideas and uniform standards.

Education: completed university studies in the field of business management (with IT focus), business informatics, process management or comparable Experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in analysis and controlling; deep, conceptual understanding of modern reporting and planning applications (e.g. OneStream, IBM TM1, SAP BW or comparable systems); sound knowledge in the design and implementation of data integration solutions, ideally in the context of ERP systems Personality and working methods: You are characterized by a highly solution-oriented and very independent method of operation; You succeed in analytically penetrating complex issues, designing pragmatic solutions and consistently implementing them in the organization with a high self-initiative; You are delighted to cooperate with international stakeholders from different cultures (USA, Asia, Europe) and have the feeling of touch, local colleagues and colleagues to inspire new processes and systems Working day: willingness to travel worldwide (depending on project phase and demand) Languages: knowledge of German and English in word and writing
