You accompany the company-wide activities in the ongoing and strategic development of our commercial systems, in particular in the SAP environment. You analyze business processes, identify optimization potentials and develop tailor-made solutions while ensuring that new systems meet regulatory requirements. You independently take IT projects in the commercial environment and participate in SAP projects such as rollouts or upgrades. You support users in the use of the systems, perform fault analyses and create training documents. As a link between IT and specialist departments, you ensure smooth communication and cooperation. You are responsible for the entire life cycle of applications and ensure their continuous development. You take troubles and inquiries in second-level support, analyze them and ensure a quick fix.
