Instructional Designer (m/w/d)

We rely on you: You conduct request and demand analyses and develop target group-specific framework concepts, learning architectures and learning paths You design storyboards, didactic designs and digital learning content that are professionally sound, understandable and user-friendly You design and control blended learning formats as well as cross-area projects independently, structured and result-oriented You advise internal areas of expertise, pick up relevant stakeholders early and convince with a secure sense of different target groups You take into account the specific requirements of a pharmaceutical company You evaluate the effectiveness of learning offerings, guide improvements and optimize content and formats continuously

How to complete our team: Through your completed studies, for example in instructional design, pedagogy, psychology, education management, media education or a comparable subject With several years of experience in the design, development and implementation of digital and hybrid learning opportunities With sound knowledge in didactic design, modern learning formats, learning platforms and author tools Through a good understanding of digital learning trends and the ability to use new technologies meaningfully, responsibly and user-oriented With an analytical, structured and conceptual working method and a high degree of autonomy in the implementation With communication strength, consulting skills and the ability to gain internal stakeholders for new learning approaches With very good German (min. B2) and good English skills
