As the centrepiece of our station management, you keep your back free, control the administrative threads and support our stations flexibly where help is needed. Flexible all-rounder: You are a reliable representative of holidays or illnesses and enrich changing teams with your know-how. Central turntable: You organize the processes and keep the administrative processes running. First contact point: You take over the warm welcome, care and appointment for patients and relatives. Communication professional: You are the friendly interface for the exchange with nurses, doctors / doctors and internal departments. Structurer: You perform digital patient records (KIS) and reliably process correspondence, findings and delas documents.

Graduated training as a medical specialist / medical specialist (MFA), medical assistant / medical assistant, health and nursing / health and nursing staff, health and nursing staff / health and nursing staff or completed commercial training (worthy in healthcare) or in a profession with comparable knowledge (m/w/d) Professional experience in health care - of advantage, but no condition Experiences as a station secretary - of advantage, but no condition At best, you already have professional experience. But even if you want to start with us as a professional starter or as a new starter, you are welcome.

Content: 36.507,38 - 38.371,00 € gross / year, salary in VZ, TZ proportionate, depending on the experience and qualification. Special charges in summer and Christmas
