The ADAC is always on the move and there to help - we cover the most diverse areas, such as insurance, travel and medical support, legal advice, digitalization, classical panning aid or air rescue. Club Correspondent - You take over the coordination and supervision of inquiries and other matters of international partner clubs from the FIA (Federation Internationale l ́Automobile) network in cooperation with all the departments of ADAC e.V. and S.E. as well as the Foundation. They are responsible for representing ADAC at the international conferences of Club Correspondents (2x annually). International delegation visits - take over the preparation and support of visits to international partner clubs in ADAC. This includes the organization of talk dates, framework programme, hotel, transfers etc. They accompany visits according to the high level of the foreign delegation. Coordination FIA Projects at ADAC - Another task is to support and coordinate ADAC contributions as part of FIA projects, to promote the application for FIA funding, to acquire Speaking Options at international events, to support the application for FIA Awards. Preparation of FIA-Gremiensessions - in close consultation with the Head of IVI, prepare committee meetings in German and English.

They have completed their studies in the field of BWL/Financial, Law, Economic or Political Sciences or comparable qualifications. A first professional experience in the field of international, finance/controlling, judiciary or assistance management is desirable. They fluently master English in word and writing, a second foreign language would be nice (French or Spanish), but not absolutely necessary. They are flexible in time and are ready to participate in occasional business trips and evening events. They can prepare and express complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner. They are a well-established team player, but they can work as well independently and independently. A pronounced communication capability as well as a quick understanding round off your profile.
