Acceptance, collection and distribution of the daily inbox (letter mail, parcels, courier shipments) Sorting and assigning the mail by areas, departments and contact persons Control of shipments (completeness, damage) and, where appropriate, Complaint franking of the initial mail, taking into account weights, formats and shipping options Implementation and monitoring of print jobs (e.g. serial letters, information letters, suspensions) Processing of scan orders, digitization of documents

Closed commercial or logistical training of advantage, alternatively relevant professional experience in the post office or in shipping Practice in handling incoming and post exit processes as well as courier and parcel services desirable Experience in the handling of calculator, postage and scanning equipment as well as printers/copiers Careful, structured and reliable operation, even with high shipment volumes Representative sense of responsibility for confidential and personal documents Good knowledge of German in word and writing (reading, sorting and assigning broadcasts, simple correspondence) Service-oriented appearance and friendly handling of internal contacts and messengers/curing services
