Architect - ArchiCAD / Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)

You design and plan forward-looking concepts for commercial properties such as shopping centers and specialist market centers and thus actively shape the shopping experience of tomorrow. You create customer-oriented rental concepts and visualize your designs by engaging 3D representations. You are responsible for the approval planning (phases of performance 1-4 according to HOAI) and agree closely with authorities and external experts. You work in interdisciplinary project teams and are a central interface to departments such as rental and project development to ensure holistic planning. Depending on the experience and interest, you have the opportunity to participate in the execution planning (LPH 5-7) beyond the performance phases 1-4.

You have completed a degree in architecture or a comparable training (e.g. as a designer:in or in civil engineering) You ideally have professional experience in planning You will enjoy the co-design of our commercial properties You are versed in handling the software ArchiCAD as well as Photoshop and ideally have further software skills You are creative and have a pronounced service orientation You bring fluent German knowledge with C1 level
