Your duties Own-sponsored support of a German-wide commercial real estate portfolio in compliance with the target yield Proactive development and implementation of investment decisions including independent contractual negotiations, Creation and conclusion of rental contracts Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations and regular reporting for our stakeholders Support for the implementation of expansion and modernisation measures in the portfolio Planning, control and responsibility of the object budgets Control of internal and external service providers Coordination of the ongoing real estate assessment process

Your profile A completed economic study, preferably specialized in real estate, or comparable training form the basis of your profile. In a comparable position, you have already been able to gather relevant professional experience and build up competencies. In the context of commercial lease contract law and the special features of retail properties, you feel at home. Ideally, you are already well connected to retail rentals. Their work is characterized by your safe appearance, good communication skills and your enthusiasm to always focus on our customers.
