You conduct our intralogistics team in a disciplined and professional manner, conduct all upcoming employee discussions and take into account all the economic, organizational and digital requirements of the company. You take responsibility for compliance with the intralogistic processes and their implementation with IT systems (e.g. WMS, ERP, M365 applications) and continue to develop. For this, you analyze processes using system-generated data and key figures. This will help you to develop, standardize and digitize logistics processes and to plan and improve jobs in your area.

Complete subject-specific studies, e.g. in logistics management, supply chain management, economic engineering or BWL with a focus on logistics, alternatively a comparable training with additional training ideally experience in the leadership of a team optimal professional experience in the intralogistics of a finished company Safe handling and structured work with logistic IT systems (e.g. WMS, ERP, planning tools) Very good user knowledge in M365 (in particular Excel, teams; ideally power-BI-based evaluations) Basic knowledge of current customs regulations and their application and the transport of dangerous goods
