Total responsibility and implementation of a global IT transformation programme under the leadership of the CIO and the upper management Planning, control and monitoring of multi-project structures to implement corporate strategies in over 140 Liebherr companies worldwide Ensuring the conformity of the program objectives with the higher-level strategic objectives of the Liebherr Group Control of all program dimensions: time, budget, resources, risks and quality - including prioritization and structured escalation processes Close cooperation with internal teams for enablement, communication and change management to ensure sustainable implementation Consistent enforcement of governance and compliance standards across all programmes Support and coordination of local rollouts taking into account national requirements and cultural conditions Proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels - including regular reporting to the CIO and the Management Board

Multiannual experience in international program and multi-project management, ideally in the group environment with matrix structures Deep understanding of (IT) transformation processes and their successful implementation in global organisations Strategic thinking as well as experience in implementing strategies including organisational change management support C-level leadership and communication strength, including secure reporting to the CIO and the Executive Board Detectable successes in managing complex, group-wide programs with extensive organizational structures (e.g. over 100 companies) Knowledge of governance, compliance and IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, ISO) Experience in leading culturally and geographically distributed teams in the context of global rollout initiatives High level of ownership, implementation competence and strategic thinking Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other languages of advantage
