Operations Manager: (m/f/d)

Operational hotel management: You take over the overall operational control of the hotel in everyday life, guide teams across areas and give employees clear orientation. Quality & standards: You ensure complete compliance with all standards for guest quality, hygiene, order, safety and reliability. Process optimization: You are responsible for the overall service planning, timekeeping, quality control, inventory and all Kassa processes. Strategic cooperation: You work with budget, forecast, recruiting and continuous location development closely with the regional or Cluster management together.

Background: Multiannual experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy or a comparable operating position. Leadership: A visible, clear and human leadership competence – even in challenging situations. Mindset: organizational talent, decision-making strength and economic understanding as well as real pleasure in making a house step by step more stable and better. Fair remuneration: An attractive gross salary of € 4,500,- to € 5,000,- per month (including salary), depending on your specific qualification and leadership experience. Total package: Guaranteed 13.
