Consultant in the Department of Monitoring and Counselling, Prevention Services (m/f/d)

Your future team: The Department of Prevention supports the joint legal tasks of all accident insurance providers in the field of prevention (§ 14 para. 4 SGB VII and the Statute of the DGUV). It bundles strengths of members, the DGUV and its partners in the prevention of accidents at work, occupational diseases and occupational health hazards and ensuring effective first aid. In addition, it coordinates and promotes the networking of all relevant actors to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the associated tasks in prevention Your tasks: As part of your lecture activities, you are responsible for the technical and technical support of innovative prevention topics according to SGB VII and for the coordination of strategic topics of prevention in digitally influenced working environments and forms. Your further tasks include: Analysis, conceptual development and practical use of methods and tools for prevention in digitally shaped work environments Developing and developing concepts to support accident insurance providers in implementing their prevention services Cooperation and, if necessary, management of projects, in particular for the development and implementation of digital tools Participation in specialist bodies of the DGUV and representation of statutory accident insurance in public and non-governmental bodies Organization and implementation of specialist events, lectures and publications

Completed academic studies (master or diploma) preferably in work, administration, economic or political sciences, organizational psychology or sociology, engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience Experience in project management and management and ideally in committee work Funded understanding of IT systems and business processes, ideally complemented by knowledge in statistics and decision theory Practical experience in associations, German social security and/or occupational health and safety Strong communication in word and writing as well as strong team and organizational ability Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) readiness to regular, sometimes multi-day, missions
