Optimizing sales, driving growth and shaping the future of our company – that sounds like you? Then you are right in our Business Analytics & Commercial Insights department to give you a decisive boost for our business success with international sales teams and management. As a central contact person around all sales topics, you are the backbone of our first-level support. With your well-founded knowledge, you provide security in handling sales controlling and business intelligence tools and create clarity where other questions have. Numbers are your language, Insights your tool: You take care of the transparent KPI tracking, have control over sales and gross margin reporting and visualize the relevant data for management in meaningful dashboards. With predictive planning and precise forecasting, you will prepare us for future developments – from group-wide sales analyses to sales and margins to sales excellence and CRM, you will be able to rely on your precise forecasts. Efficiency meets adaptability with you and you design our operations so that global standards can be met while maintaining local markets’ flexibility. And also in sales-relevant projects you are driving force: You introduce your know-how, take over the controlling and continuously develop the corresponding instruments for analysis and reporting.

Successfully completed economic studies Experience gained in sales controlling, in business analytics and in handling sales and margin figures Very good analytical and conceptual skills with high number affinity Fit in MS Office and SAP R/3 and ideally in Qlik Sense and Power BI Experience with databases of advantage Very good English in word and writing Self-responsibility and team-oriented working
