The Head of Security & Audit (m/w/d) bears the disciplinary, technical and economic responsibility for a specialist area (2nd management level) Personnel management (disciplineal and professional), essentially e.g. planning and implementation of personnel talks and personnel development measures

Control of the subject area according to economic considerations (budget, forecasts, development of measures/conversion etc.) Continuous operational and strategic development of the area of expertise with regard to the performance/product portfolio, its martial capacity and cost-effectiveness Care and development of the strategic network to the relevant departments in the Group for the coordination and further development of the portfolio Development and expansion of sales potentials in the corresponding customer segment with a focus on the subject area Definition and optimization of specifications and standards for the field

Master or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills Multiannual experience in comparable tasks in particular Project and service experience in the fields of IT, cloud and cyber security are beneficial Impressed customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action, especially at decision-making/management level Professional, trustworthy and empathic appearance at CxO level Embossed flexibility, resilience and readiness Excellent presentation and moderation capabilities, negotiation skills High analytical and conceptual thinking Safe handling of the MS Office product range Embossed readiness German and English knowledge in word and writing
