Fire Protection Planner (m/f/d)

Your challenge: Integrated planning, procurement and support of fire protection systems including media supply, building control technology and building electrical engineering Fire-protection technical support of projects over all performance phases according to AHO Technical examination, evaluation and further development of fire protection concepts Creation of fire protection plans and close coordination with internal and external contacts Self-configuration of construction projects - from commissioning to realization to acceptance including complete documentation Planning, procurement and maintenance of fire protection doors and elevator systems Creation of performance directories, testing and evaluation of offers, participation in the award process and construction monitoring and accounting of projects with consistent focus on cost, time and quality goals

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies Department of Supply Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering HKLS or Master / Technicians with specialized training Specialist construction managers or experts in construction fire protection desirable (further education at EIPOS, TÜV or VdS)

Professional experience: 3 - 5 years professional experience Expertise Experience in planning, construction monitoring and handling of technical projects Advantages of SAP as well as common planning and documentation tools Experience in the construction management and coordination of external service providers

Language knowledge: German language skills in word and writing. English knowledge of advantage Personality: Self-Employed and Reliable Working with High Organisational Capacity Embossed communication strength Team skills and cooperative cooperation Flexibility and openness to changing tasks
