First contact person for employees and executives in a defined area of support with regard to all personal and labour law issues Trustful and constructive cooperation with our works council as well as other internal and external stakeholders Full responsibility for recruiting, planning and change processes in your own care area Proactive Sparring Partner for Executives on Human Resources as part of the further development of the departments Working in interdisciplinary projects

Successful degree in economics or social sciences, alternative comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position is assumed Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Excellent communication skills as well as a high degree of commitment to our internal and external customers Absolute discretion, a safe and positive appearance as well as a pronounced team player mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
