Senior Educational Developer (m/w/d)

The place is first fixed for two years and must be occupied in full/part time (min. 30 hours/week). A determination is sought.

You support lecturers of the HPI at all stages of their courses (planning, implementation, evaluation, ...) You support learners of the HPI in developing their learning skills, especially in the initial phase of study You develop didactic solutions that scale You support the Troubleshooting of courses that face special challenges You continuously adapt your teaching and solutions to changing generations of students and didactic solutions If you are interested, you may be able to give courses yourself in our Bachelor's degree course

Successfully completed university studies with reference to computer science; happy with doctorate Proven multiannual experience with and understanding of didactics in the STEM area (informatics preferred) Including professional experience in the field of higher education/science Proven experience with own teaching, for example as a tutor:in; like as a lecturer:in Competences in dealing with modern teaching formats of the university (e.g. flipped classroom) Knowledge of evidence-based higher education and current research on learning, motivation and skills development Excellent expression in German and English Enthusiasm for work with teachers and students from Germany and abroad and high consulting skills Teamability as well as very good communication and sovereign appearance in the management environment Hands-on mentality and design joy
