You take responsibility for the vision, operational development and successful implementation of the processing processes for material damage (Fokus P&C). You have an overview of the cost of damage, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You control your squad team with agile methods and initiate necessary initiatives. You perform the prioritization of your squad's backlog and work on the vote in the cross-departmental damage Product Owner-Runde. You plan and control all activities on the basis of defined KPIs (e.g. average damage costs, process digitization rates) and take the results according to defined acceptance criteria. You develop the KPI measurements and carry out analysis using Data Mining tools. You are a contact person and driving force for digitalization and automation initiatives in the Tribe, in close cooperation with the operating organization. You'll be discussing regular exchanges with customers and stakeholders, such as the sales bodies (e.g. Advisory Board Damage, AG Sach), the works council bodies and internationally the Nat Cat Working Group. In the case of relevant natural events, you control the necessary cumulative processes of AXA Germany by specified procedures. In the Efficiency Chapter of the operating organization, you are actively introducing yourself and exchanging your current and new approaches to process optimization.

You bring experience in agile working, have a pronounced agile mindset and know how to motivate employees in squads. You have several years of professional experience in the property insurance sector and know you in the damage processing. You think strongly in processes and have knowledge in data-driven process optimization. You act diplomatically in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You bring with you a strong commitment to enforcement, are competent in the resolution of conflict and are always dealing with implementation.
