Civil engineer (m/f/d)

In our dedicated team of the planning/construction department, you will take over the following tasks Planning and control of diverse construction projects, including façade and building renovations, complex repair measures in the inhabited stock, construction projects for housing owners communities and technically challenging special projects Analysis of the construction condition and development of technical and economic maintenance and rehabilitation concepts Planning and control of the construction projects via the performance phases of HOAI Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures, including promotional evaluation Coordination of internal and external project participants such as architects, expert planners, experts and executives Monitoring the construction design with regard to quality, costs and dates Voting with authorities, owners, tenants and other project participants, including in extensive voting and approval processes

We warmly welcome you if you have a completed university degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable subject as well as professional experience in the project management of construction or maintenance measures; bring good knowledge of building law, construction engineering, building physics and the renovation of existing buildings, are safe in the handling of VOB, HOAI, Landesbauordnung Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and relevant DIN standards, have experience in project, cost and time management as well as in procurement and contract management; and safely handle AVA software and common MS Office products. Communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence towards contractors, authorities and owners are just as important to your strengths as economic thinking and technical understanding.
