Claims officer (m/f/d)

You record car liability, casco and property damage reports for our private and commercial customers and process them independently You communicate with insurers, customers, workshops, car houses and experts You check cover questions and assign cause of damage properly You support the examination and processing of legitimate claims for damages You document processes carefully and keeps deadlines in view

You bring experience in damage processing, ideally in the car or property damage area You have a completed training as an insurance businessman, merchant/buyer for insurance and finance or a comparable training You bring a good understanding of insurance conditions, cover issues and causes of damage You communicate safely and service-oriented You work structured, carefully and independently You like to work in the team and want to contribute to sustainable success together with your colleagues
