MS Dynamics Rollout Manager (f/m/d)

Lead-to-Quote Process Governance: Control the Lead-to-Quote Process and ensure that it is standardized within the group and implemented for all users of MS Dynamics Regional Champions and Market Rollout: As an advocate for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, promote its benefits and make sure that the beneficiaries understand how to improve their productivity and workflows; plan, coordinate and run CRM rollouts in several countries/legal units, including the management of schedules, milestones and stakeholders; Take the role as regional/local champions, maintain relationships with local teams to increase the acceptance of the CRM system, promote alignment with global standards and facilitate platform support requests Training and Change Management: Organize training, provide support and implement feedback from end users to maximize user acceptance and efficiency of the CRM system; regularly communicate new features, updates and tips for using the CRM system to increase its value; Build and maintain a community of CRM users in the responsible regions / legal units to promote the exchange of best practices and tips for efficient system usage; Collect and share user feedback to improve the CRM system and user experience CRM development and continuous improvement: work closely with the platform operating team to provide system improvements and bug fixes and to optimize the CRM platform for end users; Take an active part in the request collection, solution development and final tests and technical acceptance

Bachelor degree in Business, Sales or a related field; Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are advantageous 2–3 years of experience in technical project management or in a sales-related role Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM system is beneficial Experience with lead-to-quota process governance and CRM system implementation is advantageous Embossed project management skills with the ability to set priorities and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a global environment Excellent communication, moderation and interpersonal skills for involving stakeholders and training Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills for CRM related topics Flowing English and German skills
