Head of property Building management with the sub-areas of technical maintenance, business management and controlling, master services and cleaning management, including the organizational and strategic development of the individual areas Responsibility for expertise, personnel and budget Sustainable management and operation (incl. perception of operator responsibility, lease management and contract management) of the associated buildings including the associated technical building facilities Control of municipal energy management Planning and control of rehabilitation and reconstruction measures A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.
