You have completed your studies or first professional experience in IT process and service management as well as IT service management methods (e.g. ITIL) You are able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions You have an affinity to numbers and their representation and value details and accuracy of your reports You convince by open, secure and targeted communication You have experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence You like to create documentation and tutorials and pass on your knowledge in workshops
