Program Lead Finance Integration (m/f/d)

Coordination of Finance Activities: You ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and that the objectives of the project are achieved. Control of external service providers: You manage and coordinate cooperation with external service providers in the financial sector to achieve optimal results. Reporting to the Steering Committee: Responsible for the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the Steering Committee. You make sure that all relevant information is provided in time and accurately. Build Finance Stream and Resource Planning: You design and implement Finance Stream as well as resource planning to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial activities. Interaction with other streams: You work closely with other streams to achieve synergetic effects and edit topics together. Design of interaction with other projects: You are the main partner for all finance-relevant topics in other projects and is responsible for successful cooperation and coordination. Coordination of Finance Support Topics: You control and coordinate specific finance support requests within the transformation program. Reporting and coordination with Finance Stakeholders: Regular coordination and reporting to all relevant stakeholders in the transformation programme and in the financial sector to ensure transparency and efficiency. Rollout planning: You are responsible for planning and implementing rollout activities in the financial sector.

Completed studies in the field of business management, finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in financial management, ideally in a project management or coordination role Knowledge in cooperation with external service providers Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to interdisciplinary cooperation and networking High problem-solving competence and analytical thinking Self-employed and structured work Good knowledge of German and English
