Head of Training (m/f/d)

Training of professional and technical trainees, in particular in the metal professions and the profession of the process engineer Glastechnik, according to suitable pedagogical concepts and according to the training framework plan Discipline and professional guidance of trainees Implementation of basic metal training as well as further training content & exam preparation Organisation of the use of trainees in specialist departments Implementation of measures to attract new trainees and support the selection process Close cooperation with the personnel and specialist departments, training officers, training managers of the other works and with vocational schools, the IHK and relevant institutes and companies Participation in relevant audit committees Continuous technical and educational training Our requirements In the metal sector, e.g. industrial mechanic (m/w/d), process mechanic glass or comparable industrial-technical training in the metal sector with master training. Willingness to continue Insufficient experience in the field of metalworking, experience in the field of glass technology/process engineering Embossed educational-didactic skills Fun at work with young people High social competence in dealing with trainees and partners We require a reliable, organized and careful way of working as well as team skills and empathy
