In Germany we operate 29 rehabilitation clinics, two acute clinics, eight outpatient rehabilitation centers, two medical care centers (MVZ), nine nursing facilities and a prevention center. We also have a tourist location in Damp. Every year, around 66,000 patients opt for stationary rehabilitation in our facilities; About 21,000 are treated in our acute areas, around 37,000 visit our outpatient rehabilitation centres and about 70,000 patients are cared for in our MVZs. VITREA Holding Deutschland GmbH is looking for an Assistant to the Managing Director (m/w/d) in full time at the next time. The permanent position is to be occupied for the first year in Bad Essen; high flexibility for services within the VITREA group (DACH room). You want to take responsibility, work close to business decisions and understand how the operation of clinics really works? Then start at VITREA in Bad Essen and develop in the direction of leadership responsibility as part of our STEP junior executive program. At the Bad Essen site, four rehabilitation clinics – two facilities for addiction diseases, a psychosomatic rehabilitation clinic as well as a small adaptation facility – work together closely and across areas. As Assistant to the Managing Director (m/w/d), you are working directly with the management and agency, getting to know the different areas and locations, taking on your own projects and gaining a comprehensive insight into the operational and strategic management of a large hospital location. You will benefit from the synergies of the four institutions and will be prepared step-by-step for your future leadership role, which will bring you to other locations in the VITREA Group in Austria, Germany or Switzerland – you will also bring a high degree of local flexibility! !
