Employment type: Limited Working hours: Full-Time Joblocation: Berlin You work in our emergency call center and are the first point of contact in emergency situation, primarily in road traffic.

You are responsible for receiving calls, as well as capturing and documenting the required information.

You correspond with police and fire department dispatch centers and provide relevant data for necessary rescue measures.

You support and reassure the affected individuals until the rescue services arrive

Personality: Customer-oriented, empathetic, strong communicator, and responsible.

Working Practice: Self-reliant, conscientious, structured, as well as service- and solution-oriented.

Experience and know-how: You are passionate about new technologies and customer service in the automotive sector. Besides, you are a quick learner and proficient in using information technology.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.

Languages: You speak Czech at a native level and so have a good command of English.
