You take over the independent examination, evaluation and final decision of credit applications You illuminate the economic conditions of the applicants, assess credit security professionally and check the object documents You coordinate the loan disbursements, process trust orders and keep the management of our collateral under control You work hand in hand and at eye level with our partners in the field service

You have successfully completed training in banking or finance and have solid basic knowledge in the field of private building financing Ideally, common transaction platforms such as Europace or Interhyp are already familiar to you You are a dedicated team player who thinks proactively and enjoys the joint solution finding You move sovereignly in the digital financial world and look curiously at pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence Complex facts analyze profoundly and holisticly, without losing sight of the great whole and the company-wide relationships
