Application Manager / Application Maintainer (f/m/div)

For our business organization department in IT applications & data management we are looking for you as Application Managerin / Application Managerin (w/m/div) limited to about 18 months in the context of a parental leave | up to 80% remote possible

You are responsible for applications for selected applications on different IT environments (PaaS and SaaS environments, non-bank applications). The IT assignment of the applications along the entire process chain lies with you and you are contact person*in for all technical questions. You continuously perform process improvements for software implementation and deployment, release and configuration management. The analysis of technical specifications (e.g. architectural descriptions, technical concepts etc.) and the second-level support is carried out by you. The requirement management will be implemented in cooperation with the departments of you and you will take care of test preparations and implementations.

You bring a completed study of (economic) informatics or a related discipline or a completed vocational training with relevant professional experience (e.g. IT application management). You match us and our values. You have first professional experience in a similar position or Experience in building and implementing IT systems, IT applications or IT service processes (ITSM). With the entire Lifecycle service (strategy, design, transition, operation, continuous service improvement), you know well. Nice to have: Service management certification (e.g. ITIL Foundations). We require very good German knowledge in word and writing. You are a communication talent, can also keep a cool head in stressful situations and have a pronounced process and interface understanding.
