At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a consultant:in Surface Management (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Nuremberg site. Your tasks:

Acquisition of coordination and supervision of the time, cost and contract-oriented performance of area management in the commissioned projects Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with owners: Rentals:inside / guards:incl. logging in the task area Creation and processing of, inter alia, purchase contracts, building permits contracts, funeral contracts, utilities, compensation agreements, temporary claims and other land-related usage contracts Responsibility for contract processing and processing up to registration and transfer in the basic book Competence for preparation or Implementation of sales of non-project-necessary residual areas assignment, monitoring and processing of property measurements and their documentation Responsibility for the application and implementation of ownership and expropriation procedures in cooperation with project managers: Participation in commercial contract processing, contract reprocessing and project documentation

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed study in the field of real estate and housing, engineering (measurement, geography, agriculture, forestry, the environment), law or professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work First experience in the property business and in the field of public-law construction projects are advantageous In addition, you can score points with experience in the right of expropriation, project management and the application of the AEG and the ground management procedures You have a hand for negotiations, find optimal solutions for all parties and convince by a safe and binding occurrence You take responsibility and don't let problems get under you so quickly We presuppose a routined approach to the common computer systems Class B licence is available
