Risk-related support of Venture Capital Investment as part of the Deal Team as part of the Due Diligence with focus on fund investments and selective co-investment Identification of opportunities and risks in the context of commercial and financial due diligence as well as in the deal structuring and contract design in close coordination with the investment team Assessment of investment projects and creation of decision-making templates (Riskovotum) Assessment of quarter-reporting, plausibility of reported assessments and development of recommendations for action for risk-relevant decisions in the portfolio Implementation of (ESG) scorings as part of the risk assessment of new and existing business Care and development of internal processes and documents to ensure quality, traceability and consistency

Completed (economic) university studies or comparable qualification At least three years of relevant professional experience in the field of investment, risk or transaction Relevant transaction experience and practical experience in the audit and design of contracts (e.g. Limited Partnership Agreements) desirable Solid accounting knowledge (HGB like IFRS) Impressive analytical thinking, methodological approach and the ability to work quickly into new topics Communication and negotiation capability, including the ability to present complex issues in a manner that is appropriate to the addressee Safe appearance, above-average decision-making and outcome orientation High level of initiative, commitment and motivation Very good knowledge of English and German
