Scope of employment: Full time

Start of work: at the next possible time

They allow people with mental illness to have a self-determined life in our housing communities or their own living space. They work with the affected persons and their social environment to develop their support needs and contribute to implementation. You can also help clients to cope with their disease consequences. They enable participation in society and in the relevant social environment. In addition, you support clients in all matters with social assistance providers, offices, authorities, doctors and the daily structure.
