For our branch in Dresden we are looking for a customer consultant (m/w/d)

You are advising our customers: inside at eye level and develop tailor-made offers. For this, you use the product range of PSD Bank Nuremberg eG as well as the offers of our partner Union Investment, Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall, DZ Bank and R+V Insurance. Your tasks demand-oriented consultation of our customers: inside via the channels ''Personal''', ''Phone'' or ''Video'' with focus active support of associated existing customers Intensification and expansion of the client:internal relations Consultation and sale of banking products and products from the affiliates and advice in the standardised securities business Consulting of new customers Signal recognition and perception of sales opportunities Processing of services
